Roughly what the system does, what goes wrong and how often, and what you have already tried. If there is a diagram, send the honest one rather than the one in the slide deck.

I read everything and reply myself. If it isn't a fit — wrong stack, wrong size, wrong moment — I'll say so, and usually say who would be a better call.
